Word of Mouth Productions
Voice-Acting for Stage & On-Camera Actors
with Marc Cashman

Saturday, March 28, 10:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. or 2:30 - 6:00 p.m.

Word of Mouth Productions presents “Virtually Everything You Wanted To Know About Voice-Acting” with Marc Cashman, award-winning L.A. producer and keynote speaker for Voice 2008, on Saturday, March 28. Many actors have found that incorporating voice acting into their repertoire can be highly profitable, easier and much less time-consuming than the rigors of stage, TV and film acting. But, like any art, it’s not as easy as it sounds. And although it’s an anonymous side of show business, it’s a big business.

Marc Cashman's 3-hour seminar is jam-packed with so much information, your head will be swimming, and the time just flies because everybody participates! Marc will give you the big picture about an industry that has seen major changes over the last 30 years, which is as long as he has been writing, producing, casting and voicing commercials. And despite the competition and the lousy economy, he’ll show you why there’s never been a better time to toss your hat into the voiceover ring.

Want a comprehensive overview of the voiceover industry? Want to understand how to interpret ad copy and narration text? Want to know what a director looks for in a voice actor? You'll also learn the critical information you need to find the voice acting class that’s right for you. And by the way, do you want to know the secret behind why actors are cast for their roles? Come to the seminar to find out!

You'll receive a workbook of the material from the Seminar.  Some attendees will be chosen from a lottery to perform on mic and have their performances critiqued and/or tweaked by Marc!

Marc has taught and worked with hundreds of voice actors across the country, and has seen many of them go on to earn six-figure salaries—in the privacy of their home studio!  Marc has worked in VO studios for 30 years, on both sides of the glass, and understands what producers, VO agents and clients want from today’s professional voice actor.

Testimonials: "I understood more in your 3-hour seminar than the dozens of classes I’ve invested so much money in." " I was amazed that you were able to get sooooo much information to us in just a 3-hour period. And I couldn’t believe it when you told us the secret of why actors get picked for certain jobs!" " Priceless. It was a seminar that I would have paid three times the cost for!"
