Verve Studios: Technique/Introduction to Scene Study for Adults
With Dee Rich

February 24 – March 31

The intensive Technique/Introduction to Scene Study will be offered again in 2009 with Dee Rich teaching. It'll be Tuesdays from 6:30-9:30 p.m. February 24-March 31, 2009. This class is the pre-requisite for entry into the Monday scene study classes. Even if you aren't ready to commit to the ongoing Scene Study class, don't miss this opportunity to take the Technique class!

This six-week class focuses on the nuts and bolts of technique and character development and will prepare actors for entering the Scene Study Class. Actors will learn how to prepare and score a part, how to use dramatic improv and how to work effectively and flexibly with a scene partner. This class is also great for actors who have taken class at Verve but would like a more in-depth look at Character Development. Students will work individually and will be partnered up; work outside the class is required.
